This isn't as much of a complaint as some others on this site have been but here goes. I ended up following this driver for much of my route home yesterday morning, his driving itself was fine. my main problem was his speed. I understand the limit is the limit and not a target but at a certain point it does get dangerously slow! Also he didn't use his brakes to slow down, just took his foot off the accelerator and let it slow down naturally. Not the best way to slow down!! Other than that, the driving was pretty sound and he did seem like a good, considerate driver! Unfortunately I cannot provide any photos because I didn't want to use my phone whilst I was driving and I can't afford a dash cam.
N.B. At one point we were on a road with quite a few speed bumps so the whole slowing down without braking thing was happening a lot!

Ryan, If you can't see other road users slow down without BRIGHT RED LIGHTS maybe you shouldn't be driving. Well done for not using your phone. I'm slightly concerned that you would even consider it.

I finally found this plate again! It would appear that slowing down without actually braking is more common/acceptable than I realised, partially because I've seen it quite often since I made my first comment on here. In which case, I take back my previous comment and will just commend this person on his safe driving!
