Cockwomble who doesn't know how to use a roundabout. I was already passing his lane when he decides not to brake and straight out in front of me. Stares at me as he passes & then does over 40mph in a 30 zone. All caught on camera.
Yet another YOB who shouldn't be on the road, trying to race around in a NISSAN MICRA nonetheless!!!
I searched his plate to check for tax & MOT and the vehicle plate can not be found.
Either avoid this prick altogether or let him hit you & see if he does a runner for not having insurance.
