As all traffic was being held by police on the M25, we beeped him to move slightly forward to allow a police car through. His initial dumb reaction was to huff and puff and make a fuss and not move. We beeped again and he moved forward slightly - obviously too moronic to see what was happening around him. As the police car came through he must have thought it was a normal car (even though it had sirens and lights), saw the police car speed off, and followed him! What a complete and utter dumbass.
