Unacceptable aggressive, intimidating, dangerous, threatening behaviour. If you are doing a decent sped there is no need for you to jump to the left to let him by if it means you immediately have to slow because you are behind another lorry.

Looks like you cut him up but that is no justification for him tail-gating. He also appears to be weaving at high speed, including the point at which he weaves into the divider with a HGV up ahead. He continues to weave throughout this video and is clearly far too close - if you had to do an emergency brake his thinking distance would be practically zero.
If he's working for someone then I hope the company that employs him see's this. I also hope the police have seen it.

It's enough to include link to photo or youtube or facebook movie into comment's content in order to attach them to the comment
It is clear that the camera driver are hogging the overtaking lane at a speed that is below 70 mph. I do not like tailgating, but I also do not like hoggers like you! You are causing unnecessary disconfort and in ths particular case, road rage to other drivers.
