This complete arse is driving behind a very slow farm lorry fully loaded with bales of hay. In a completely safe and legal manoeuvre, I overtake the car behind him then as I'm about to pass him he pulls out to block me. No reason at all to do this other than to be an utter cunt who doesn't want to be overtaken.
