Intimidating man on a motorbike that looks at drivers in stationary traffic in Chichester(A259) to see if they're on phones, drinking etc and then shouts and gestures aggressively at them, I've seen him do this to families and women with children in the back of the car.

Well maybe if they weren't on their phones like they should, he wouldn't shout. Why would someone use their phone with kids in the car? Stupid idea.

"stationary traffic"??? being situated behind this car, I had my hand break on and the driver and kids in the back were clearly scared, no excuse!! the moral of this is don't take the law into your own hands, the police don't act like this and neither should random members of the public.
