This car took off the wing mirror of anothrt car and then failed to stop.
The cyclist with the camera gave the footage to the driver of the damaged car, so it can be used as evidence for the insurance claim.

If someone stops temporarily or for longer it doesn't automatically mean you should create further danger and it doesn't give you the right to damage their property and drive off. Say if it was a kid running in the road..does that give you the right to run them over, because they are 'in your way'? Of course note. Yet you seem to be suggesting something similar.
Oh and the "grass" allegation. That is absolutely ridiculous. It's nothing to do with grassing anyone up and everything to do with helping people. I know it's unfair and if it was down to me, that driver would have to pay to repair their own mirror as punishment for blocking the road.

The hit and run car was 100% at fault but why was the other car double parked in the first place when there were empty spaces where it could have pulled it? I see this more and more and it's selfish behaviour that inconveniences others.

But why did the other vehicle LH51 AAN stop in the middle of the road?
There was ample places to pull in and temporarily park and offload passengers or whatever
Not voting on this because had LH51 AAN not stopped there then the accident would have been avoidable.
I'm guessing with this video evidence their insurance company will just accept the loss
