Sean the problem here is that you're effectively taking a still-frame and a description. Your complaint may be legitimate but due to the sheer amount of idiots on the net, we just do not know. All we can say with any accuracy is that there are two sides, and one must be fair to both. Do you have any witnesses and/or CCTV footage? In a nutshell! Lucky enough he hasn't dented it but he has scratched the paintwork, lucky he wasn't travelling at speed or it could have been a lot more serious, not what you expect while sitting at the lights in traffic. I think his driving days should be over if he can't find the brake pedal and see a couple of yards infront of him !!!!

This driver thinks it's okay to drive into the back of someone while they are sitting in traffic, as I got out the car to get his details he refused to give them to me and instead insisted I got my car out the way, he gave me a mouthful of abuse and people like him should not be on the road, I got photos of him, his reg and the hit itself. According to him, he didn't touch my car, I guess it must have been my imagination then...Either that or his glasses need texting, will be reporting asap! Beware drivers!!!
