For clarity your overtake at 11 seconds was on a speed hump which is a traffic calming road feature. Doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do at any time let alone when there are so many stationary vehicles on the side of the road of a residential street. Pot holes/poor surface conditions like to appear on sides of and around speed humps, I'm sure you had a plan in case It was such as you were going so quick so close to that car.

Around the 42 seconds mark you can clearly see the driver over-taking through a pinch-point, which also happens to be on a sharp bend.. driver school, anyone? The road was clearly marked and he SHOULD have known the risk but still bolted past the cyclist, almost killing them. That actually happened not so long back, similar situation with a driver thinking they could box the cyclist in.
Here's an idea: Next time you pull out use a) your indicators, b) your mirrors and c) your fucking brain..

Wow that's a bit strong, we all get impatient and make mistakes nightmare, not defending the driver, well in the wrong but but you don't know who's driving, could be someone with a disability, it could be someone who's rushing to his mothers dying bedside.
