Doubt this. You strike me as the type that would have said 30mins in your original post seen as though you have run here to post a picture of a car, not blocking or obstructing anything, in a half empty car carpark. The car is clearly on and running and people don't sit in running cars for 30mins. Seems like you are a repressed busy body who gets a kick off being a hero on this site.

Caught slipping in Blackburn Tesco's car park. Seems to think because she was driving a BMW, she can park like this.
