why would having p plates make any difference? your car struggled to climb a hill because you were in the wrong gear or didnt accelerate hard enough to keep momentum going. Thats the only reason a car would ''struggle'' up hill. Id have been annoyed at that too. You passed a test and showed competence, now demonstrate it before saying it was my fault
