not at all, i have now got a video of 300 plus drivers using their phones behind the wheel. Its a well known offence, and this girl is going to end up bumping into the back of someone, it could even be a biker who isnt filtering. That is dangerous, so i do all i can to get people to put the phone away. Ive never been tempted to look at my phone when riding OR driving, so there is no excuse to be so addicted to it. You can tell when someone is using a phone, they leave huge gaps, they sit too far over onto the white line or they weave left and right a bit.
