Crashes into the back of us when we’d been stopped at a roundabout for at least 5 seconds. Makes the excuse of not knowing the area. Is reluctant to make a claim on his insurance. When he finds out repair costs for our vehicle, he is rude and tries to blame us for him driving into the back of us.

Useless, dangerous, old, senile driver who should not be on the road.
