Perhaps there is no airbag in the car; in a crash the soft fluffy animal will protect the driver from injury. But seriously, how can you be in complete control of a vehicle with adog on your lap?

Dangerous, funny or just plain stupid to have a dog on your lap whilst driving? (dogs were hanging out both sides of the car so at least 1 of them was in the drivers lap)
