So, not only is the car untaxed , this complete dick of a driver believes that he his untouchable . Let me say , if I was the mother of the two kids in car , then I would be seriously annoyed at the way this driver wa driving . Clearly Mr Dick believes that a windscreen will protect him whilst he overtakes 4 cars in 100 yards causing drivers to avoid him , crossing several chevrons whilst getting ahead of that one car only to be 2 cars ahead of us in Midhurst ! He then pulls in front of the bakers in Midhusrt clearly to feed his fat lard arse tummy . He seriously is an accident waiting to happen . Dickhead with a capital D
