But this one behind decided to go anyway, undertaking the car in front as traffic was building to turn into Mills Street.

The horn shoul be used as a warning - which clearly there was a need to use your horn. I don't remember reading anything in the Highway Code as to the number of seconds maximum it should be pressed.
There are restrictions as to when not to use the horn but not many follow even that
To be honest I thought I was going to hit him so there was an element of panic which led to it sounding for so long, but I don't believe I used this twice? I exhaled quite heavily at the end but dont remember doing it twice? This made every other incident I've mentioned on this site feel very small and I felt quite fortunate to walk away. You know what it's like, everything is bigger than the dashcam shows when you're actually in the situation
Typical BMW driver, I had to slam on my brakes as he suddenly chose to get around the person in front of him. Should have picked my lane earlier if he wanted it. Video coming soon.
I see nothing much wrong with the road design especially if drivers considered driving properly and with consideration to other road users rather than quite a few having the MGIF mentality or I own the road.
