Not sure where to start with this;
1 Possibly damaging the pavement by parking a heavy van on it.
2 Blocking access for the dustcart to get past.
3 Blocking access for pedestrians especially for someone with a baby buggy, who would have to go out into the road to pass the van.
4 Parking on the pavement when there was space literally across the road, 2 lay-by's and a car park within a few seconds walk.
