Apologies. It appears this was an attempted theft of works tools and/or works van; that the motorcycle used has NOT been reported as stolen. However, we do not know 100% whether it has actually been taken at this stage. What we do know is that those trying to steal tools are fucking scum. If the police won't do them for it then how about the asshole riding a motorcycle on a public footpath? How about knocking on the door of the registered owner? I'm sick of seeing this scum and the more this kind of thing takes place, the more the public will take measures into its own hands.

I've lived around people like this and seen them destroy community after community. They're as bad as Islamists, because like them all they do is spread destruction, division, and fear.
