Unbelievable lack of care on the road.
If I ignore the undertaking and no indicating on a BUSY road near Gatwick.
I caught her on her phone at the wheel. When we were side by side and stationary I Beeped to get her attention and mouthed 'Put your phone away' to which she swore at me lowered her window and shouted 'P**s off! What can you do anyway' before she sped away when the traffic cleared...still on her phone.
Middle aged lady at the wheel mid 50s dark brown/blonde hair.
