Bit of a tough one this, over congested roads and everyone more important than the next guy. Unfortunately the cyclist will always come off worse so best just try to avoid drivers like this and not provoke them.

My thoughts exactly but not just TFL but the DVSA because whoever passed him for his driving test seriously needs to be questioned (that's if he's passed a UK driving test)
And I'm not just referring to the cyclist issue but he uses the white hatch markings for the right turn (and opposite traffics right turn) to overtake (see image)

Im sorry he tells you what you should do, Not a racist or anything but it sounds as if he has not been here that long as it was real hard to understand him at the best of times, LO08 UDX he delibretely cut you short too as he cut off your cycle lane, So both cabbies were to blame
