he then follows, trying to cut me up, having a go at every stop at harassing me.
so i called the cops, said he was slurring his words haha and gave them his location. "
hope they got him and returned his car back to its rightful owner (probably a woman)

Very unpleasant person who would apparently lie to the police 'haha' and can't afford tyres.
Can't tell the difference between 30 and 40 and thinks he can hide behind the internet
Worst driver I've seen in a long time.
