I would just like to say whoever you are, driving the way you did is reckless, irresponsible and highly dangerous, especially when you did it during the school run. There are children and adults crossing the road where I saw you speeding down the road and all it takes is one to step out in front of your car and chances are, with the speed you were going at, you'd have most certainly killed them. Built up areas are 30mph, and it certainly wasn't the speed you were going at. You were obviously in a hurry, but please consider others who are more vulnerable and are not quite as street smart as you (or not as the case may be) Location - St Peters Road, Basingstoke at about 3:20pm. I didn't get a chance to get your car on camera as you were going too fast for me, and by the time I'd got it out you'd gone. Luckily enough another parent managed to clock your registration plate. SLOW DOWN.
