Also saw this - remember it coz u don't see too many Rollers around. Guy in the Renault needs heads, eyes examining. Wonder if he was under the influence - drink, drugs, prescription meds. Perhaps Herts constabulary will know

Middle aged Caucasian male driver of the bronze Renault with middle aged female passenger in NSF seat entering M1 southbound from J9, late afternoon summer 2017. Decides he has the right of way to enter the motorway and nearly crashes into a green Rolls Royce driving at approx 60 mph on lane 1. Renault then overtakes RR and continues in Lane 2. RR shorty afterwards overtakes a vehicle in lane 1 ending up behind Renault in lane 2. Renault then violently brake tests RR. Great advert for RR brakes. Poor advert for the dangerous driver of LS11 EUR. Luckily, this stretch of M'way is well CCTV'd. Lets see just how law enforcing against dangerous driving Herts Police turn out to be...
