Absolute bellend driver.
Just look at the state of his parking. When he arrived to our car park there were 3 empty parent and kid spaces and this absolute nob took up 2 spaces for absolute no reason.
He didn't even have any kids, it was just him. And when I politely asked him to please move his car so parents with buggys can park there (i.e. the whole point of the spaces) he told me to fuck off.
