Black Toyota. belongs to Sam's Cars in London which is a private hire vehicle licenced by(PCO). This driver was driving dangerously from Cheshire St E2 going through Bethnal Green Railway Station heading towards Whitechapel. He was sounding his horn at almost all cars that were coming in front of him. He made a dangerous overtaking and stopped harshly to intimidate other drivers and made bad gesture using his hand and swearing loudly at road users, He is definitely needed to be investigated by the Police or PCO..
