Regd not on DVLA database and no insurance
Location B6004 Arnold Road, Nottingham from just before traffic lights B6004/Hucknall Road to mini roundabout B6004/Pavior Road
Guessing the drivers live Bestwood area - not a place I'd send my worst enemy to live
If you see this car again - just call the police - I'm sure they ill want to take it away from the current keepers
