See the silver Mercedes? The car has actually been parked like that. The driver of the car has managed to:
1. Park on double yellow lines with no loading restrictions in force.
2. Park in the mouth of a junction
3. Park blocking the dropped kerb, so pedestrians with buggies or wheelchair uses are screwed
4. Park pedestrians crossing (especially children) are shielded from view of cars turning into the junction.
A marked out parking space was available only metres away. Selfish?
