I didn't know that until local taxi licensing office informed me
But still at least they'll have a word with the driver and put a note on his record (if they actually will) about the RLJ

Nottingham private hire taxi jumps red light (from 43secs traffic lights Meadow Lane / A6011 Radcliffe Road - note the blue taxi that managed to stop)
Video starts at time of first visual of taxi - also after meeting up with said RLJ taxi driver does some concerning manouvers @3.03
And after checking veh regd it shows as no MOT?
