Shitting Peugeot.
Incredibly aggressive tailgater who lacked the performance to complete an overtake once he'd bullied the car in front out of his way.
Seemed to have a fault with his headlights - either that or he's a complete moron driving around with just sidelights and foglights in the hours of darkness.
Suspect driver to either be an idiot, drunk or both.
