This driver was incapable of driving and had serious attitude problems. Driving down a country road doing 30-32 in between lanes on his phone! Continued through a village, again half on each side of the road (even pedestrians were looking at him thinking he was an idiot) on his mobile phone. Got the the traffic lights so I honked (to tell him to get off his phone, look where he's driving and move) he continued to swear at me while driving and did 12mph in a 40 zone on purpose, then when me and other cars tried to over take did 50mph so I couldn't pass!!!
Complete idiot!! He is unsafe to be on the roads and unable to understand road signs... Then again he probably struggles to understand anything, hence the long periods spent on his phone while driving.
The sad thing is he will never get a ticket or crash because idiots like him get away with murder.
