Sorry if I am wrong please correct me, but I though you could pass cyclists if they were traveling at 10 mph or less PROVIDED the road is clear. I guess they wouldn't have known whether or not the road was clear as they over-took on a bend..

Yes what the driver did was wrong (over-take on a blind bend) but cyclist, look at your reaction: shouting, swearing..continuing it after he drove away. Get a horn and have done with it..do NOT stop unless you have to. I doubt the cops would do something here because you blew it. I'm not against cyclists (I ride bikes and drive).
