Don't see how it obscures the view.. you can see just fine. Provided the dash camera can view anyone about to hit you or someone who has hit you then it's installed fine.

Not at all. The dashcam is incorporated into a rear view mirror which clips onto existing mirror. My car has a centre console coming down the windscreen which slightly obscures the camera.

I don't see this as being a typically Asian problem; more so just a typically entitled little shit thinking the law doesn't apply to them (including speed limits and red lights). Hope they crash..as long as nobody else is hurt I don't give a flying f.

Surely you could have installed the dashcam in such a way not to obscure such a large part of the view.
