First they over-took straddling the white line, almost hitting the oncoming traffic and forcing them to move over (red car).
They then over-took across a crossing.
Throughout this, there is no way would they be able to see if their path was clear. They have over-taken two vehicles and blindly flew into oncoming traffic whilst also putting pedestrians at risk. The recipe of a prick.
