UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
Sorry just had to come back on here and tell you guy's that this lady parked outside my neighbours drive today at 12pm same street as me and left my neighbour about 4ft to get her car out of her drive, My neighbour was already aware of this lady and called the police, 45mins later her car was towed away, At 3.45pm this lady turned up for her car she asked my neighbour where her car was, My neighbour told her it must have been taken by someone, The lady telephoned the police and about 5 mins later that same lady yelled at my neighbour and said you got it towed away you bitch, I called the police and within minutes they turned up just as the lady kicked my neighbours blue bin over spilling its contents all over her drive and swearing at random, The lady was arrested and took away in the back of a police car, Karma is such a beautiful thing even tho i still feel bad for her NOT!

It is illegal to deny access to the road from a driveway but not illegal denying access to the driveway
Yes it seems stupid but if your car is on your drive and someone has parked in front thereby denying you access on to the roads the vehicle can be towed.
If you are returning home and your drive is blocked it's tough shit basically and yes I know it's stupid but so is the justice system in this country.

Although the highway code says "do not" park (as opposed to "must not") in front of an entrance to a property it is not illegal and the police cannot do anything about it. So I suspect there is more to this story!

Thanks, Its now sorted, I called the police last night and showed them 10 photos of differents time and dates when this lady has done this over recent events, I got a phone call back after 11pm last night and the officer that came out earlier told me that this lady has been reported over 200 times for the same offence, My god 200 times and all for the same offence, The officer told me that they have issued her with a ticket but was reluctant to explain more as to the data protection act, Did not want to see this happen to this lady especially at this time of year but if she has done this to countless of others then i guess she deserves to be punished for it, Even saying that word Punished seems so wrong, My wife tells me im too soft natured i guess shes right, Once again Merry christmas to all and to all a Merry christmas and a happy 2017

Thanks as was not sure what to do, This lady has been doing this one and off all this bloody year, She also has a weird thing that she does, She changes his fancy boots into very old trainers and puts on an old jacket, Sort of if shes dressing up like a hobo, My wife thinks she could be a scammer begging in the town centre as she also has what looks like an old coffee carton drink cup thingy that she also has with her at all times, The more i think about it the more i believe my wife, Maybe i should get on the same bus and see what shes up to perhaps, Thanks for the response, Merry christmas and a happy new year
