If they purchased their Motability car after three years then it's no longer a Motability car and for your information they don't sell them at a discount. To get an expensive Motability car you need to pay a non refundable chunk up front which you don't get back when you hand the car back after three years and you also have to pay to fix any damage. There are also restrictions on which cars you can get under the scheme and a lot of rules about when and who can use the car. You have to remember that not every car with a blue badge is a Motability car. A lot of people who are entitled to a blue badge are not entitled to a Motability car and also there are wealthy disabled people who buy their own cars. The druggies and so on have probably leased cars that they pay a monthly fee for so they can drive around going their deals in an expensive car. Leasing a new vehicle is cheap these days.

John, They have no doubt got the car on Motability and then have bought it after the 3 year period which allows you to buy the car from Motability at a very good price may i add, Thats why you see some real expensive cars in the hands or either scumbags, druggies, Backward retarded dealers and the likes, The goverment have made it real easy for everyone to buy cars that way
