Insane levels of clownery from this incompetent driver who is unable to do more than 20mph in a 30, and hovers between 20 - 40 in a 60. Sped up when I overtook despite a blind bend coming up ahead. You were probably confused why everyone was tailgating you. Even the P-plate Fiat 500 ahead was going faster than you. Get off the fucking roads. God help anyone who gets stuck behind him.
