Anyone who is driving in a lane further to the right than they need to is not honouring The Highway Code, but wankers who hog the furthest right lane have some narcissistic personality disorder as what they are trying to imply is that nobody should be allowed to get passed them. Unfortunately, many other motorists will undertake these wankers if they have the power and speed. If a wanker tried to obstruct another vehicle passing it is more of a criminal offence to purposely obstruct another motorist’s path than it is to speed or undertake. Wankers like these are always in the wrong.
