Female idiot and bully of a driver pulls out of a largish property on New Hey Lane in Newton-with-Scales, Preston, just up from the traffic lights by The Bell and Bottle.
She speeds up and tailgates the vehicle in front obviously harassing them to either speed up or when overtaking in the Kirkham bypass to get out if her way so she can then speed off towards Ribby Hall roundabout.
Her average speed on this stretch which has average speed cameras was below the threshold, but while she had to wait for some, she went way above the speed limit when she had a clear stretch which she would have been done for if the speed cameras were not for average speed.
Her driving discipline is something of too much power at her hands as she abuses it against other motorists. Is she one of these pretentious manageresses who progresses by bullying?
