Not the first time I've witnessed this wanker driving dangerously around the area, today he overtook on a roundabout between me and an HGV, nearly hit me and then lost control, nearly causing another accident. Overtaking dangerously again nearly hitting another person head on.
Few months back I saw the same guy overtake almost a dozen cars at night and nearly have a head on collision.
