Once again (Saturday 18th January 2020 about 7pm) this white van man was seen driving like a maniac up the A6, speeding and overtaking across continuous white lines, tailgating the vehicle in front andbarging his way ahead. He didn’t get far as he was within our sight all the way from Forton to Lancaster where he went up Parliament Street. Where he went after this I don’t know but he is definitely a serial pervert on wheels.
