I saw a bald man driving this vehicle erratically around Sheffield and he was endangering anyone on the road or foot path swerving from the middle of the road to the curb, coulda been drunk but either way it IS NOT ON!

Ford Transit flatbet thing going through pointer roundabout in to town past Lancs hospital. Plenty of cars about & this male driver is driving along left hand on the wheel & right hand holding his phone clearly texting away. I know you were fucking around on your phone as either the phone or your case is red.
