Well, this guy is a taxi driver with the Cambridge Council Taxi number 233. He thinks it acceptable to overtake a cyclist overtaking a cyclist (I was doing 24mph in a 30 zone with GPS to prove!) over double white lines, honking his horn just as he comes past with about a centimetre of room between me and him.
