This is a red scooter which seats one, and sometimes two, people who ride it without a helmet. They terrorise the local area and simply don't care. They have nearly hit children and adults alike. Disgusting. The police shoud impound this vehicle immediately and jail the idiots who own it.

'Afraid', I recommend you film them - get their faces on camera. They may think they're above the law but if there's one thing they are REALLY afraid of, it's being exposed to the world for the egotistical, selfish, dangerous, and insecure little PRICKS they are. The footage might also be used as evidence in court, it can be provided anonymously. What you describe here is a problem up and down this land, these people are a danger to the public at large, and as such, they should be treated as such until such a time as the threat they pose is removed from society altogether. So part and parcel of that is crushing their ego's and their piece of shit rat mobiles. Whichever comes first I couldn't give a shit, I'm sick of people like this putting others at risk. Fuck them and their wishes.
