Looks like you performed a deliberate un-indicated emergency stop to let your child out for school in a dangerous place instead of stopping safely somewhere sensible.
Then instead of stopping at he scene of the accident you caused, you fled.

You've got it all wrong.
You're supposed to jump out of the car screaming and shouting, threatening to kill the driver and then complain about the incredible neck ache. Next take your car to a dodgy garage and get them to quote an inflated price including a back hander for you and then phone up a claims shark on daytime TV for a fake whiplash injury. You could also get a few weeks paid leave from work.
Now go back and do it properly.

Not sure why the sudden stop (we can't see what's going on in front) but I was thinking the same about the dash cam car leaving the scene of an accident (at speed) which was not the right thing to do, even if they were the victim. He should have told the woman he was pulling over up the road. Would be amusing if she turned her car around and disappeared.
