This silver taxi-van has been merrily going around for the best part of a year sporting the illegal numberplate: T R10CHA. If you own this, can you please **sort your numberplate out**!?
How someone can drive around probably all day, every day, in a taxi, and never get done by the police or the DVLA is beyond me. It shows the system is corrupt. He should have already had several on-the-spot fines and had his plate pulled a long time ago.
I have seen it on these notable days in 2015. There have been many other days, where I've not been bothered to record the date, time and road:
13th March, 7:55am
20th May, 8:00am (Bordon, A325)
2nd September, 8:00 am (A325)
9th October 5:45pm (A3)
17th November 7:55am (A325)
If it's a taxi, you should report to the council with the reg and number as they'll deal with it. The vehicle would fail an MOT, therefore not making it roadworthy.
Is there a phone number on the vehicle? A company name?
