I take it you don't understand that filtering on the left is legal in the UK?

Actually, that car was the danger; including over-taking too close (00:21), then overt-taking into traffic that was slowing down. All the beat the cyclist. The only thing I disagree with the cyclist is over-taking the driver, I think it was better to stay behind.
Instead of attacking the cyclist why don't you at least try being objective..?

In my eyes you're both to blame as much as each other. He was close, you were accelerating and moved out as the car went past. In a split second it would be easy for the driver to underestimate your accelerating speed as the road narrowed. I know you were going around another bike but you surely didn't think cars weren't going to be going to overtake.

The driver is a much bigger problem here. Using their care as a weapon is unacceptable, and highly dangerous.

Riding two-abreast is perfectly legal. The cyclist's position was fairly central long before they went past the other cyclist. The responsibility lies with the driver to over-take the cyclist safely regardless of whether the cyclist is in primary or secondary position - it is not the responsibility of the cyclist to think on their behalf..
