Drove along Keyberry Road in Netwon Abbot on 6th July '18 and encountered this guy on a narrow section of the road. Cars were pretty much parked up on either side of the road. I was going straight down the middle when the driver came from the opposite direction and wanted to come straight down the road too. There was no room for two cars. I wasn't going to reverse because there were cars behind me. He didn't want to reverse. So I waited. Eventually he pulled in to a very tight spot to allow me and the divers behind though. Obviously I did not thank him. Looking at the car's MOT history online, I can tell the driver hates stopping or doesn't plan to stop. For a car that's only 4 years old, the front and rear brake pads were heavily worn so the car failed its MOT earlier this year.

Hmmm... no. The way a car is driven does have an effect on MOTs. I've not had to change my brake pads or my tires yet and it's been six years since I've bought my car. Gentle acceleration and gentle braking is what I do.

34,000 miles is good for a set of pads on a heavy car. The MOT history has nothing to with the way the car is being driven.

Based on the negative comments this persons received I say the driver can't actually drive properly. Stopping often doesn't mean they need to slam their brakes and wear the brakes out quicker. Specially if the car is not that old

I'd argue that the driver likes to stop often if his brake pads have worn out?

KNOBHEAD. Drove behind this BMW when the driver suddenly decided to come to a complete stop on Torbay Rd opposite the Princess Theatre. Turned out he wanted to parallel park. That wouldn't have been a problem if the knob had bothered to signal his intention. No indicator lights, just sudden slam of his brakes.

Stupid man not paying attention to the road. Was busy talking to his slag in the passenger seat as he just strayed into my lane without indicating or anything.

There was a pedestrian at the zebra crossing in LIsburne Square, Torquay ready to cross the road. This blue BMW had plenty of time to stop but went on through anyway. The silly woman behind the wheel wasn't even looking at the road in front. She appeared to be talking to a child or her partner in the passenger seat.

This moron doesn't pay attention to his surroundings. An ambulance had its sirens and flashing lights on. Whilst every vehicle on the road stopped or pulled in tighter towards the kerb to allow the ambulance through, the driver of this WJ14 SSU just kept on going.

Retarded blue BMW 640 was in the right lane along the seafront towards Torquay from Paignton direction. Idiot kept in the right lane and I was keeping to the left. On approach to the traffic lights, the BMW pushed its way into the left without any signals, probably didn't look either (stupid wife looked like she was distracting him or egging him on to push me out of the way). I had no time to brake so I swerved into the far left lane at that point which leads into the town centre. Once the retard BMW driver went into my lane, I then moved back into my original position. Idiot then tailgated other vehicles doing the 30mph limit and then, went in the right lane on approach to a roundabout and turned left. Retard stayed in the right lane after coming off the roundabout and on approach to the next roundabout, idiot turned left again, despite being in the wrong lane.
