Dangerous driver, taking up 2 lanes whilst speeding at 67mph on a 20mph limit road. On 2 occasions he has nearly hit pedestrians and many other times animals have nearly been killed due to dangerous driving. Needs locking up asap.

This child with a bushy beard had absolutely belted it past me and my husband while we was sticking to the 25mph speed limit and he Concorded past us at 112 mph! He must have been in a rush to get to Peter Pan before it closed he looked hungry for chicken! He has nearly hit human life and has killed many animals including my dog Bruno! He was a beagle and he 167mph it right into him! Needs locking up as he is also a nonce.
