Double white lines as well?

Some questions mate:

. Have you got footage?

. You were in a car..on a bike; if the latter, what speed were you doing? It's my understanding that (and correct me if I'm wrong), a cyclist can be over-taken if it's safe, practical and the cyclist is doing less than 15 mph. All criteria have to be met.

. What approximate speed was the lorry doing?

Thanls

. Yes, an outtake of footage sent to the Police is on YT - if you Google the reg it should come up.

. Recorded on a bike - speed here about 15mph. Maximum speed for overtaking on solid white lines is 10mph (RTA 1988 sect 36 & TSRGD regs 10 & 26).

. No way of working out exact speed of the HGV - speed of cyclist about 15mph for comparison.

. Two different operators - this one was Rousell, the other is Webb.

Apologies, you appear to have another post regarding another reg from the alleged company doing a similar thing. You're in a car.

Do you have any footage?

Dangerously close overtake by the driver of a Scania P360 operated by M Rousell & Sons of Wedmore.
Driver is likely to be transporting aggregate to Hinkley Point C site.
