Twat, if you’re supposed to all get in single file at 800m mark then the restriction would be 800m earlier. These self appointed police need to learn the highway code and stop blocking traffic that is moving just fine.

50+ years on the road and never in an accident, let alone caused one. Obviously you're another sheep that likes to follow all the others.
You do realise that by all queuing in one lane and not using 800m of open road that the result is blocked roundabouts and traffic is then affected in all 4 directions. That's why the road is open for 800m.
There really is no excuse for ignorance, but keep trying eh?

For those who don't know... When a sign says road closed in 800m then it's closed in 800m. If it says it's closed in 200m then it's closed in 200m. It does NOT mean use only one lane for 800m, and it definitely does NOT mean block two live lanes because you're a sheep following the queue and are jealous of people with the intelligence to know how to drive properly. Use both lanes, merge in turn where the road actually closes.

Nothing wrong with the driving by the John Lewis lorry. He is just trying to stop idiots like yourself, from speeding down the outside lane and cutting in at the last second causing everyone else to brake sharply.
